Self-Measured Blood Pressure (SMBP) Monitoring

The MO HealthNet Division (MHD) implemented coverage for SMBP monitoring effective for dates of service on or after February 1, 2025. Dealing with a scheduled ride that doesn't show up can be stressful for both your staff and your patients. To streamline support, the MO HealthNet Division (MHD) has launched a dedicated Stranded Patient Line to ensure no MO HealthNet participant who has a confirmed ride under the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Program is left waiting at your facility without a solution.

Upcoming Mandatory MFA Implementation for eMOMED

Upcoming Mandatory MFA Implementation for eMOMED

As part of our commitment to enhance security, we are implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for eMOMED.  Starting 5/20/2026, all users will be prompted to select and register an MFA method. Options will include SMS, Email and Authenticator App.

Although MFA verification will not be required or enforced until August, and access to eMOMED will continue as usual until then, we encourage all users to complete the selection process early to ensure a smooth transition.
