Health Insurance Premium Program Online Application Submission Launch – April 27, 2026
As part of ongoing efforts to improve accessibility and streamline processes, the MO HealthNet Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP) will implement a new online application option effective April 27, 2026.
Participants will be able to complete and submit HIPP applications electronically through the HIPP portal. The online application can be accessed through a direct web link or by scanning the QR code below. Submitted applications will be routed directly to the HIPP Unit for processing.
Previously, HIPP applications were only accepted via paper submission, email, or fax. These methods will remain available; however, the online application option is intended to provide a more efficient and user-friendly experience. Providers are encouraged to guide participants to the online application whenever possible.
Providers and participants can visit the MO HealthNet HIPP webpage starting April 20, 2026, to find program information, application details, and the online application to submit electronically.
