Helping Your Patients to Their Appointments is Easy – and Free!
Good news! The MO HealthNet Division (MHD) Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Program provides eligible MO HealthNet participants with free rides to their scheduled appointments. If a friend can drive them, the program can even reimburse mileage.
To make things simpler for providers, MTM Health, the NEMT provider, offers an easy-to-use online portal where you can handle ride requests without picking up the phone. After a quick online registration form, you’ll be able to:
- Request or cancel routine rides
- Check the status of scheduled trips
- Update a participant’s address or phone number
- Verify participant eligibility
