The AIDS Waiver provides in-home services to participants diagnosed by a physician as having AIDS or an HIV-related illness and are assessed as meeting a nursing home level of care. The services available include personal care, private duty nursing, attendant care, and supplies. Supplies include diapers, under pads, and gloves. The Department of Health and Senior Services, Bureau of HIV, STD, and Hepatitis administers this program.
