Certified nurse midwives may furnish all medically necessary services that are within their scope of practice. These services include family planning, well woman checks, prenatal care, delivery, post partum care, and newborn care to infants 0 through 2 months. The MO Healthnet Division covers the cost of these services for eligible participants.
