ATTENTION MEDICAID PARTICIPANTS: MO HealthNet (Missouri Medicaid) Renewals have returned! If you get a letter in the mail with a YELLOW form, be sure you provide the necessary information, complete and SIGN the form, then return it to the Family Support Division by the due date! You can return the form by mail, or upload it to the DSS Upload Portal at myDSSupload.mo.gov. You can also drop it off at a Resource Center near you, dss.mo.gov/dss_map. Visit myDSS.mo.gov/renew to learn more about completing your annual renewal.
