EVV Claims Validation Hard Launch Resources – April 1, 2026
As described in MO HealthNet Bulletin 48-52, the first phase of the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) claims validation hard launch will begin on April 1, 2026.
Effective on this date, claims submitted for services requiring EVV that are authorized by the Department of Health and Senior Services, Division of Senior and Disability Services (DSDS) (provider types 26 and 28), will be denied if there are no matching visits recorded in the EVV Aggregator Solution (EAS).
To support our providers through this transition, we have created a new EVV provider webpage featuring updated, user-friendly resources:
- EVV Provider webpage – A comprehensive hub of educational materials, provider and vendor resources, provider manuals, and targeted Bulletins and Hot Tips.
- Mastering EVV Compliance and Claims Validation – A searchable educational guide designed to help you manage claims validation, ensure accurate documentation, and resolve errors efficiently.
- EVV Setup & Support webpage – Essential guidance for selecting an EVV vendor, completing the required EVV Aggregator Solution Provider Training, and accessing the step-by-step guide: EVV: Requirements, Setup, & Support.
Refer to Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) Info Memo 03-26-01 for additional information on the launch. If you have reviewed these resources and require further assistance, please contact Provider Communications at (833) 222-7916 or email Ask.EVV@dss.mo.gov.
