The Missouri Department of Social Services (DSS) has released a Request for Application (RFA) inviting rural healthcare organizations to serve as Transformation of Rural Community Health (ToRCH) Care Hub Anchors. This initiative is a cornerstone of Missouri’s Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), funded through the national $50 billion investment established by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) on July 4, 2025.
