Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Benefit Table

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is administered by MO HealthNet and Medicare to provide comprehensive health care, social, recreational, and wellness services to its participants. One of the main goals of PACE is to allow older adults to live safely in their homes instead of nursing facilities. As of May 3, 2024, PACE organizations are active in St. Louis and Kansas City, with a new PACE organization coming to the Springfield area later this year.

HealthHelp Survey

It’s almost time for HealthHelp’s Provider Satisfaction Survey.

The MO HealthNet Divisions Radiology Benefits Manager, HealthHelp, will be conducting their semi-annual Provider Satisfaction Survey beginning June 11, 2024. The survey is for providers and facilities utilizing HealthHelp services. The survey will close on June 25, 2024.

Pharmacy Early Refill

Effective February 18, 2021, MO HealthNet is changing the early refill policy for medications to 85% for controlled and non-controlled substances. Providers may contact the Pharmacy Help Desk at (800) 392-8030 option 3 if overrides are needed.
