It’s almost time for HealthHelp’s Provider Satisfaction Survey.
The MO HealthNet Divisions Radiology Benefits Manager, HealthHelp, will be conducting their semi-annual Provider Satisfaction Survey beginning June 11, 2024. The survey is for providers and facilities utilizing HealthHelp services. The survey will close on June 25, 2024.
Your feedback is vital for improving HealthHelp’s processes. HealthHelp provides easy ways for providers to obtain authorizations: through our online web application, phone authorization through call center, and IVR automated touch phone system. HealthHelp would like your input on any of the methods you have used to contact them.
Please participate to help HealthHelp improve their processes with your feedback. The survey takes about five minutes to complete. HealthHelp is offering ten $100 Amazon gift cards in appreciation for participation. HealthHelp will randomly select winners from the respondents who provide a valid email address.
