On August 29, 2024, Missouri Medicaid Audit & Compliance (MMAC) will launch the new Provider Communications Portal. The Portal will be a secure, efficient method for providers and MMAC to communicate and exchange information and records.

The Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) invites all providers in Missouri to participate in the upcoming Maternal and Child Health Provider Listening Session to be held at University Hospital in Columbia on Tuesday, August 6, at 10:30 am. The Listening Session is for all types of providers to share their thoughts and feelings about maternal and child health in Missouri.
The Missouri Medicaid Audit and Compliance (MMAC) Provider Enrollment Unit is responsible for enrolling and maintaining provider records for all MO HealthNet providers. Given that each of the over 60 provider types have different enrollment requirements, we know that this can be a complicated process.
The MO HealthNet Division (MHD) Education & Training has created two new resources:
MO HealthNet is recruiting agencies to provide private duty nursing services through MO HealthNet’s Private Duty Nursing Program. Medicare certified and state licensed home health agencies are qualified to enroll as providers of private duty nursing services.

On June 13, 2024, they launched the State of Missouri 2024 Needs Assessment Survey on Polco, their online civic engagement platform. Randomly selected households were mailed survey invitations. If you received an invite and meet the criteria listed, please follow the instructions to participate.
