MO Mom Chat is a safe place for our MO HealthNet moms to share their opinions about their healthcare. We want to make sure you are getting the best possible care for you and your child, and the best way to do that is for you to help us by sharing your feedback!
How Can I Share My Feedback?
You can tell us about your experience with MO HealthNet and the quality of your healthcare services by taking the online survey or talking with us at a MO Mom Chat event. Events are held in-person and virtually for your convenience.

If you are a MO HealthNet participant and you are pregnant or recently gave birth, we want to hear from you! Please take a moment and complete our online survey. Your feedback will be used to help us make better policy decisions to create a better experience for you and other MO HealthNet moms!
MO Mom Chat Events
Join a MO Mom Chat event to share your feedback with us. You can attend virtually or in-person. This will give you the chance to have a conversation with our team to learn more or ask questions about your healthcare experience. Children are welcome to attend.
