The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) is offering a Blueprint for Youth Suicide Prevention which outlines clinical pathways, community partnerships, and policy strategies to better identify and support youth at risk for suicide. The Blueprint was created by the AAP and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, in collaboration with experts from the National Institute of Mental Health.

New clinical resources for youth and their families are available on the Resources page of the Blueprint for Youth Suicide Prevention website. These resources include digital and print brochures and posters, the AAP Center of Excellence on Social Media and Youth Mental Health, the Healthy Schools Campaign Resource- School Medicaid Survey, professional development opportunities and more.
