MO HealthNet Division (MHD) has created a Third Party Liability (TPL) resource to assist providers with contacting specific carriers with billing/claim submission questions. This list is not all encompassing but may provide providers with helpful contact information. As a reminder, MHD and Show Me Healthy Kids are the payers of last resort when there is a possibility of a third party resource (i.e., private insurance).
