It’s almost time for HealthHelp’s Provider Satisfaction Survey
The MO HealthNet Division’s Radiology Benefits Manager, HealthHelp, will be conducting a Provider Satisfaction Survey beginning November 29, 2022. The survey is for providers and facilities utilizing HealthHelp services.
Your feedback is vital for improving HealthHelp’s processes. HealthHelp provides easy ways for providers to obtain authorizations: online web application, fax, phone authorization through call center, and IVR automated touch phone system. HealthHelp would like your input on any of the methods you have used to contact them.
Please participate to help HealthHelp improve their processes with your feedback. The survey takes about five minutes to complete. HealthHelp is offering ten $100 Amazon gift cards in appreciation for participation. HealthHelp will randomly select winners from the respondents who provide a valid email address.
