Missouri’s Master Plan on Aging Survey

The Missouri Association of Area Agencies on Aging (MA4) is asking for our help. On June 13, 2024, they launched the State of Missouri 2024 Needs Assessment Survey on Polco, their online civic engagement platform. Randomly selected households were mailed survey invitations. If you received an invite and meet the criteria listed, please follow the instructions to participate.
If you weren’t selected for the initial survey effort, in July the survey will be open to all adults age 50+, adults (age 18+) with disabilities, and unpaid caregivers (adults 18+ who provide care for another adult).
