Aggression Management for Youth Training
Join the Missouri Child Psychiatry Access Project (MO-CPAP) on May 12th, 2026, from 12:00pm to 1:00pm for a session training on Aggression Management with Jessica Popielarz, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC. This training is designed for both prescribing and non-prescribing pediatric health care and social service professionals. The session will cover strategies to support children and adolescents who are experiencing aggression.
Attendees will learn how to differentiate between developmentally expected behavior and concerning aggressive behavior, understand common underlying causes and contributing factors of aggression, apply a structured assessment approach, implement evidence-based behavioral strategies, and know when to refer to MO-CPAP for support.
