Beginning October 1, 2026, MO HealthNet will change the preferred product for several biologic agents. These updates support access to high-quality, clinically effective treatments and help manage program costs responsibly. The affected biologic agents are listed below. Changes from current management appear in bold and blue.

An invoice should be attached to the claim for payment of procedures that must be manually priced by the State Medical Consultant. As some procedures involve upfront costs to the provider for materials/supplies, it is helpful if an invoice is attached that outlines pertinent information regarding the materials/supplies. Refer to the MO HealthNet Fee Schedule for procedures that require attachments.
Starting August 31, 2026, the MO HealthNet Pharmacy Administration Helpdesk will update its hours of operation to Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central.
